Ways You Can Give

Your support will help many victims of abuse change their lives.

Whether you donate items, money or your time, your support can help survivors start over and live a violence free life.  Become a valued volunteer, help with fundraising or make a monetary donation. Join us in helping rebuild lives! 

Items Needed

If you wish to donate something that is not on our list, or if you have a large donation, please call our office at 775-625-1313 ahead of time.  Please understand we may say “no” to a request as we do not have the need nor the storage space for everything offered to us.


  • Pop top cans of soup
  • Frozen meals 
  • Feminine Hygiene items 
  • Pillows 
  • Twin Sheets
  • Deodorant
  • Toothbrushes (adult and child sizes)
  • Gas Cards ($25 - $50)
  • Diapers & Wipes 
  • Hairspray
  • Gift Cards - (For groceries, new clothing, entertainment such as the bowling alley, amazon, etc)
  • Paper Plates and Plastic Utensils
  • Small Household Appliances (Microwaves, Coffee Pots, Waffle Makers, Griddles, etc.)
  • DVD Players
  • DVD's 


Items can be dropped off at our office, 50 A Melarkey St, during business hours. Donation receipts are provided. 

We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
